Soft play refers to a specifically designed play area where almost all surfaces and equipment are covered in thick padding for babies & toddlers. This gives children a soft environment where they are safe to act in ways they otherwise might not be able to. Soft play equipment can include things such as ball pits, slides and various ramps, stairs and climbing frames.

Yes. A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the event date.

Delivery Fee : Yes, a delivery fee is added for every rental and it will vary based on distance.

Step/Stairs Fee : An additional $25 is added for events with steps/stairs.

Renters Protection Fee : A "Renters Protections" fee between $150 - $250 is added to all invoices. This fee is FULLY REFUNDABLE as long as at time of pickup, our equipment is clean/damaged free and all balls are inside of the ball pit.

Outdoor Fee : An Additional $75 is added for all outdoor fees.

Shoes, Food/Drinks, Sharp Objects & Face Paint are not allowed in the play area. A rule board will be provided the day of the event with additional rules listed. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Soft Play Areas :All soft play areas are designed for up to the age of 5 years. Adults may enter the play are with no shoes to supervise kids in the play area. Additional "add-ons" are available for all ages.

Toddler Bounce House : Our toddler bounce house is suitable for 3-4 littles up to the age of 6 years with a total weight capacity of 150lb.

Large 10x10 Bounce House : Our 10x10 bounce house is suitable for 4 - 5 children at once with a total weight capacity of 400lb
